In alto a destra, in ogni schermata, trovi il pulsante "IT / EN" per passare dall'italiano all'inglese in qualsiasi momento.

Devo registrarmi o creare un account?

No. Tutti i contenuti dell'app — Santuario, notizie, eventi, percorsi, attività convenzionate — sono liberamente consultabili senza registrazione.

L'app funziona senza connessione internet?

No, serve una connessione dati o Wi-Fi: i contenuti (orari, notizie, eventi) vengono aggiornati in tempo reale dal nostro server.

Ho trovato un errore in un orario, un percorso o una scheda: come lo segnalo?

Scrivici a info@sgrapp.it indicando la schermata e il contenuto interessato: verifichiamo e correggiamo il prima possibile.

L'app usa la mia posizione GPS?

Solo se lo autorizzi: sulle mappe (luoghi, punti di interesse e percorsi) e nella navigazione dei percorsi l'app può mostrarti dove ti trovi. La funzione è facoltativa, la posizione viene letta solo mentre usi l'app e resta sul tuo telefono: non viene mai inviata ai nostri server.

L'app raccoglie statistiche d'uso?

Sì, solo anonime: per esempio quali schede vengono aperte o quante volte viene toccato un pulsante di contatto. Non raccogliamo nome, email, posizione o indirizzo IP, e non usiamo servizi di terze parti come Google Analytics. Puoi disattivarle in qualsiasi momento dalla schermata Info con l'interruttore "Invia statistiche anonime". Dettagli nell'informativa sulla privacy.

Come funziona "Richiedi offerta"?

Sulla pagina di un'attività convenzionata, sotto ogni offerta attiva trovi il pulsante "Richiedi offerta": compilando il modulo con nome, email e (facoltativi) telefono e messaggio, i tuoi dati vengono inviati via email direttamente all'attività, che ti ricontatterà. Prima di inviare devi acconsentire al trattamento dei dati personali: maggiori dettagli nell'informativa sulla privacy.

How do I change the app's language?

Tap the "IT / EN" button in the top-right corner, on any screen, to switch between Italian and English at any time.

Do I need to sign up or create an account?

No. All app content — Sanctuary information, news, events, routes, partner venues — is freely browsable without registration.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

No, a data or Wi-Fi connection is required: content (schedules, news, events) is updated in real time from our server.

I found an error in a schedule, route, or listing — how do I report it?

Write to us at info@sgrapp.it indicating the screen and content involved: we'll check and correct it as soon as possible.

Does the app use my GPS location?

Only if you allow it: on the maps (venues, points of interest and routes) and in route navigation the app can show where you are. The feature is optional, your position is read only while you use the app and stays on your phone: it is never sent to our servers.

Does the app collect usage statistics?

Yes, anonymous ones only: for example which pages are opened or how often a contact button is tapped. We don't collect your name, email, location or IP address, and we don't use third-party services such as Google Analytics. You can turn them off at any time from the Info screen with the "Send anonymous statistics" switch. Details in the privacy policy.

How does "Request offer" work?

On a partner venue's page, under each active offer you'll find a "Request offer" button: by filling in the form with your name, email, and (optional) phone and message, your details are sent by email directly to the venue, which will contact you back. Before submitting you must consent to the processing of your personal data: see the privacy policy for details.
